To get started, you can download an Order Form from the website, or you can simply ask us to send you one in the mail! The Order Form contains all the products, pricing, and photo information you need to place your order!

Only photographs printed on traditional photopaper are accepted (Prints from the drug store or a photo store are fine!). Prints made from InkJet, Laser, or Bubble jet printers are NOT acceptable. TreasureKnit cannot be held responsible for orders submitted with these types of prints.
How to package your photo
Send your order in a Post-Office approved photo-mailer or equivalent (a hardened cardboard envelope) to ensure your photograph does not get damaged in the mail. (Note: we recommend that you have your image scanned at a photo store. Then just upload the file to our website. This will ensure that you keep the original print.
TreasureKnit is not, and can not be held responsible for photographs lost or damaged, whether in transit to or from our production facilities. TreasureKnit cannot be held liable in any way for your photographs. Please see
Terms of Service and Conditions of Use for further information). To ensure the safe arrival of your order, you can send your order via registered mail to decrease the chance of your photograph getting lost.
Want your picture returned?
Photos will only be returned if you include a self-addressed stamped Post-Office approved photo-mailer or equivalent (a hardened cardboard envelope).
